Roasted Garlic Appetizer

Cut off the entire top tip of the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Remove the outer layer of skin while keeping the cloves together. Put garlic into a terracotta baker and pour a little olive oil over the top of the garlic. Sprinkle with salt& pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F until soft & tender, about 1 ¼ hour. Spread generously onto warm bread and fall in love!
