Mexican Grouper Fillets

Ingredients:
1lb. Fresh Grouper Fillets

Vegetable non-stick cooking spray

½ cup salsa

½ teaspoon Black Pepper

2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Lime Juice

½ cup Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese (Shredded)

 

1) Pat grouper fillets with non-stick cooking spray

2) Place fish in a baking dish

3) Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl

4) Spread evenly over Grouper

5) Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until Grouper flakes with fork.
