Asian Salmon Steaks (Serving Size: 4)

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

3 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, pressed

4 salmon steaks

 

Garnish:

Minced Cilantro

1) Combine the first 5 ingredients (everything but the fillets) into a jar, cover and shake well.

2) Place the salmon fillets in a glass dish and spoon about 1 tablespoon of marinade over each.

3) Refrigerate 10 to 30 minutes to let the fillets soak up the marinade.

4) To cook, remove the fillets from the glass dish and place in a lightly greased broiler pan. Discard any leftover marinade in the glass dish. Brush the fish with any leftover marinade.

5) Broil for 10 minutes per inch of fish. Turn fillets atleast once and baste with marinade.

6) Garnish with minced cilantro.
